Stayed there during our tour in Greece! Originally heading for the main hotel but this new addition, a private house, exceeded our expectations. Nice room with a fully equipped kitchen and big fridge. Private access to terrace with hot tub and town views. Excellent location in the quiet side street of Chania's Old Town. Responsive hosts offering great customer support and quick resolution of any issues. Comfortable bed, complementary wine and toiletries provided. a great experience.

Stylish room: My stay at this charming hotel was absolutely delightful! The room was beautifully decorated in earthy tones, creating a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. And let me tell you, the rooftop terrace with a hot tub and breathtaking views of Chania Town was the cherry on top! It was like having my own private oasis in the heart of the city.

Storage: The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the limited storage space in the room. With the clothes storage located so high above in the kitchen, it felt like a mini adventure just to reach them.

The hotel is ideally situated in a central location, just a short distance from the bus station and in the heart of the old town. the room is well-appointed with modern decor, providing a comfortable and stylish stay. the bathroom supplies are of high quality and the bed ensures a good night's sleep. the staff are responsive and provide excellent communication.

The parking situation can be difficult, although this is clearly stated in the listing.

I got great value for my money at Portou House. The room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including a Nespresso coffee machine and a small kitchen. The location was perfect, right in the center of the old town, making it easy to explore Chania. The staff was responsive to any questions or issues I had.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is adding more variety to the menu.
